Ingredients:
1 kg fresh strawberry
4 eggs
5 dl whip cream
Strawberry jam
2 dl sugar
1 dl flour
3/4 potato flour
1.5 lb baking powder
1 lb butter
Marsán/vanilla sauce

Preparation and Oven Time:
1.5 hour
Oven 175°C for 40 mins

How to do it:
First Step:
In a cake form put a butter, next
put a skorp flour (skorpmjöl).
Second step:
get a bowl,
put 4 eggs,
2 dl sugar and
whip it together until get floppy.
Third step:
get another bowl then put
1 dl flour
3/4 potato flour
1.5 baking powder,
mix it together
and then mix step 3 into step 2 and only make 2 or 3 stirs after that
put in a cake form.
Fourth step:
Oven 175° C 40 mins
after in the oven let rest to make it cold or you can put in the fridge,
cut in two half and put a strawberry jam, marsán/vanilla sauce, and small pieces of strawberry,
whip the unwhip cream after that put all over the cake,
then put the sliced strawberries,
ready to serve.
I made this cake myself it is because it's my favourite. It was my first time but I made it
